skillscentre:mk is a dedicated training centre that’s focused on offering training and development opportunities to people who work in retail.
Set up by Milton Keynes College and thecentre:mk, it’s all about giving people the chance to learn new skills, at their own pace and in a way that suits the individual.

Who’s it for?
skillscentre:mk is for anyone who’s working in retail and wants to develop their career. It’s also a great resource if you’re interested in getting into the retail industry, whether you are an adult returner to the job market, a school leaver, graduate or someone who simply wants a change of direction or who is excited about personal development.
To be eligible for skillscentre:mk courses, learners must:
• Work or be looking to work in retail
• Live or work within the MK postcode area
• Be 16 years of age as at 31st August 2005
• Meet Learning Skills Council requirements
